Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will join the Smart Buildings Solutions Finance team within the America's. This role will be responsible for supporting the SBS Canada Revenue forecast, working closely with business leaders to report and analyze Orders, POS, Revenue, and Margins within Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Orders and revenue forecast - Support SBS Canada by pulling together the orders and building up the revenue and margin forecast on a monthly basis
• Work closely with the Canada sales team to understand forecast trends, investment needs, and cost variances to forecast and budget
• Assist with weekly POVs for the Canada portion of Orders and Revenue
• Support annual Strategic Planning (3 Years) and Budget Cycles
• Additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting finance team as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Director-level personnel.
• Ability to think strategically
