Job Summary:

As a bridge between cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will manage the seamless transfer of product production between facilities, facilitating minimal downtime, quality assurance, and alignment with business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transferring product production between facilities, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Develop and execute transferplans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Validate transferred lines through pilot runs, process audits, and yield analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Facilitate communication with global stakeholders to resolve issues and track progress.
  • Assist in following up on the production process and status of specific products and participate in solving manufacturing technology and process problems during production.
  • Assist in following up on the department's cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • To assist manager to achieve department KPI and TTI target.

    Required Skills and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)
  • About 3 years in electronics/electrical manufacturing, technical management, or project management roles.
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design protocols in electronics/electrical filed.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Fluent in English for global communication. The good oral & written English isa must as well as engineering background
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business purposes (e.g., trips to India or other regions as required).
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
