The Manager Internal Account EMEA is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of Internal Channel Account Managers focused on developing and managing channel partner relationships. This role ensures the execution of the company’s channel strategy, drives performance against sales targets, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing team culture. It plays a critical role in aligning the team’s efforts with broader organizational goals and delivering a strong channel partner experience. 

 

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Account Managers across Europe, promoting engagement and professional growth.
  • Ownership of a defined set of sales targets, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding these targets over a sustained period.
  • Support Channel Account Managers in executing sales strategies that drive partner growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of Channel strategies in collaboration with the Senior Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the consistent execution of sales processes to improve deal conversion rates and partner satisfaction.

 

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field – Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales – With at least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligence systems – For performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills – Empowers and motivates the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Fluency in English – Additional European languages are a plus.
