SOLUTION ACCOUNT MANAGER - TRANSPORTATION

Level: Mid-to-Senior

 

You will make an impact in the following way:

 

  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
  • Expanding Belden’s presence in the transportation sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
  • Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the transportation vertical in the United Kingdom and Ireland, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Educational background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
  • Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the transportation sector, with specific expertise in the railway and light transportation market.
  • International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
