Coordinator Customs/Export Compliance

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Stammdatenmanagement für die Bereiche Warenursprung und Präferenzen inklusive Warencodeeinreihung
• Lieferantenerklärungsmanagement und Präferenzkalkulation
• Support und Schulung der Fachabteilungen und Tochtergesellschaften in Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsbelangen (Import & Export, Reihen- und Dreiecksgeschäfte, Akkreditive, etc.)Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung der Warenursprungs-, Präferenzthematik
• Überprüfung der zollrelevanten Stammdaten von Gütern, auch hinsichtlich behördlicher Prüfungen und Vorschriftenänderungen, sowie Pflege dieser in den Systemen (SAP)Sicherstellung der innerbetrieblichen Umsetzung zollrelevanter Vorschriften
• Unterstützung bei Zollprüfungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeits- und Organisationsanweisungen

Ihr Profil:

• Ausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifikation im Bereich Zoll und Außenhandel / Industriekauffrau/-mann
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll und Außenhandel mit Schwerpunkt im Import / Export oder Exportkontrolle
• MS Office Kenntnisse , SAP, Daten Management System
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbständige sowie systematische Arbeitsweise
