Customer Service Representative

(m/f/d)

Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Senior

Limitation: 1 Year

You will make an impact in the following way: 

• Taking responsibility for overall order management; timely processing of customer orders as well as customer complaints from domestic and international markets, specifically focusing on Italian customers
• Building effective working relationships with external customers and internal departments (sales, order fulfillment/shipping, disposition/material management, production, credit control), including clarification with customers or the sales organization
• Resolving service questions and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer relations

What you will bring: 

• You are fluent in English and German. Any additional language is advantageous
• You hold a business degree or have relevant experience
• You are a true team player and cultural aware
• You can prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred
