Your first step towards a career in Operations at Belden!

Start as an Operations Specialist in Stuttgart (Germany) or Venlo (Netherlands) and grow within our Launch Program (formerly the Early Career Leadership Program). This unique program offers many development opportunities, including an international rotation to another Belden location in EMEA during your second or third year!

Your impact from day one:

  • Active role in our Operations team – contribute to Lean/Production, improvement projects, and industrial engineering.
  • Rotations across different Belden brands, locations, and technologies – gain exposure to various business units and countries within EMEA.
  • Collaboration with other Launch Program participants in interactive, hands-on learning programs.
  • Deepen your understanding of our systems, develop your business acumen, and build your commercial and leadership skills.
  • Individual coaching & mentoring by an experienced Belden leader.

What you bring:

  • Passion and enthusiasm – ready to take on challenges!
  • Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Leadership potential – aiming to grow into a management career in Operations.
  • Initial work experience – at least two relevant internships or a maximum of one year of work experience.
  • Languages – fluent in English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a strong plus.
  • Flexibility & mobility – able and willing to relocate (temporarily, for at least 12 months) and rotate internationally within Europe.
