Finance- LAUNCH: Early Career Leadership Program

Level: Graduate
Your first assignment will be a Finance Specialist role in our Operations or FP&A Controlling team. Your base location will be Germany (Stuttgart) and you will be able to rotate to at least one other Belden EMEA location in the 2nd or 3rd year of your ECLP.
You will make an impact in the following way:

Being an active member of our Finance team from day one, e.g. in Commercial Controlling, Operations Controlling, FP&A Controlling, Internal Audit and Accounting

Working on a role rotation basis and having the opportunity to get exposure to our different brands, businesses
and technologies and countries in EMEA.

Connecting with peers from other Belden functional leadership programs as you participate in a highly
interactive and action-based learning curriculum.

Building your knowledge of our core business systems, developing your business acumen, and creating a strong foundation for your commercial and leadership skills.

Receiving individualized feedback throughout the program along with mentoring support of a leader in Belden
What you will bring:

Passion and enthusiasm - You are ready to take on a challenge

Education - Master degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting or similar

Leadership aptitude – You have the desire to build a management career in Finance

Professional experience - You completed at least two relevant internships, or have less than one year working experience

Languages - You are fluent in English and have a basic level of Dutch and/or German, further languages are advantageous

Mobility and flexibility - You are willing to relocate and are mobile to rotate to other European countries
