Labortechniker für Umweltprüfungen

You will make an impact in the following way: 

• Freigabeprüfung und Applikationstests von Aktor-Sensor sowie Daten-Steckverbindungen nach internationalen Normen
• Prüfdurchführung nach UL-Vorgaben
• Entwicklungsbegleitende Umweltprüfungen an Steckverbindungen
• Entwicklungsbegleitende Prüfung und Freigabeprüfungen von geschirmten Datenleitungen in der Industrieautomatisierung
• Normgerechte Aufbau von Testapplikationen und kundenspezifischen Anwendungen
• Vorprüfung von UL-Anforderungen nach UL61010, UL2238, UL2237
• Betreuung und Vorbereitung von Produktzulassungen, Unterstützung der Zulassungsprüfungen und Auslegung der Prüfanforderungen
• Dokumentation und Datenablage der Prüfergebnisse im EDM-System

What you will bring: 

• Ausbildung –Ingenieur oder Techniker mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung beim Prüfen von Feldbuskomponenten
• Berufserfahrung – Mind. 3 Jahre im Bereich Umweltprüfung
• Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten – Interpretation von nationalen und internationalen Normen und Prüfvorschriften (z.B. IEC, DIN, UL, CSA), Prüfen von geschirmten Datenleitungen und Steckverbindern, sowie der Übertragungseigenschaften und Schirmqualität, Kommunikation mit Behörden, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Testautomatisierung mit Labview
• Persönlichkeit – Teamorientiert, initiativ, flexibel, hands-on, neugierig und technikbegeistert
• Sprachkentnisse – Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
