Project Manager EMEA

(m/f/d)

Place: Budapest, Hungary or Bagnacavallo, Italy

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Level: Mid-Senior

 

You will make an impact in the following way: 

  • Lead critical, high-priority projects across EMEA from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Develop detailed project plans, lead project reviews, manage resources, track risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Establish and manage a regional PMO framework tailored to the manufacturing function, ensuring standardized governance
  • Track CAPEX and OPEX related to the projects for the region
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates about projects to the global and regional teams
  • Build a high-performing PMO culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact
  • Design and deliver footprint projects with the Operational Strategy & Transformation team

 

What you will bring: 

  • Education – Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or International Business
  • Experience – 5+ years of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Skills & knowledge – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile/Hybrid), ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders as well as provide strategic input, well-versed with budget management, creating business cases, and resource planning,
  • Personality – Pragmatic, results-oriented, collaborative, with strong intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel – Occasionally internationally (~25%)
  • Language proficiency – Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
