Senior Developer Electronics

You will make an impact in the following way: 

 

  • Participation in product development and maintenance, including defining design specifications, creating schematics, implementing circuits, debugging designs, performing validation/conformity tests, and creating solution and product documentation
  • Ensuring feasibility, functionality, performance, cost optimization, manufacturability, and quality of the delivered products
  • Develop solution studies, design documentation, circuit specifications, component evaluation and product validation tests
  • Generate bills of materials in accordance with schematics and requirements
  • Present and share technical information and documentation in an international team environment

 

What you will bring: 

 

  • Education – University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
  • Experience – 3+ years of professional experience in hardware development for industrial automation products (e.g., I/O modules / automation industry products)
  • Knowledge & skills – Solid knowledge and technical understanding of digital and analog circuit design, experience designing microprocessor/microcontroller systems (e.g., ARM processors, STM family) and memory systems, testing and conformity of Ethernet data communication solutions as well as designing bus interfaces (Backplane, SPI, I²C, USB, UART, CAN, IO-Link, etc.) and DC/DC converters, Altium Designer
  • Personality – Structured work mode mindful of hardware dependencies in interaction with software teams
  • Language proficiency – Fluent in German and English
