Senior Hardware Developer
(m/f/d)

You will make an impact in the following way:
- Analyze and structure technical product requirements with a special focus on ATEX/IEC Ex compliance
- Select electronic components and contribute solutions to architectural building blocks
- Collaborate closely with mechanical design and software engineering from product conception to launch
- Coordinate external service providers, such as PCB layout creation or consulting services
- Oversee products throughout all phases of their life cycle from a hardware development perspective
- Participate in planning activities within an interdisciplinary agile product development team
- Contribute continuously to the improvement of hardware development processes and toolchains
What you will bring:
- Education – Degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications or similar course of study
- Experience – 7+ years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in an agile environment
- Knowledge & skills – Possess solid knowledge and experience in digital circuit development with intrinsic safety requirements per IEC 60079, combined with expertise in product development (preferably network or telecommunication devices, PLCs, or ECUs) and proficiency in common hardware development tools, ideally Altium Designer
- Personality – You enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, actively contributing to shared goals while also taking initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English as well as ability or willingness to work in German-speaking teams
