Team Lead Manufacturing Technology
(m/f/d)

You will make an impact in the following way:
- Provide both disciplinary and professional leadership to the Manufacturing Technology team
- Drive team growth and capability enhancement
- Introduce and improve technologies for electronics production (SMT & THT)
- Optimize manufacturing technologies to reduce production times and enhance efficiency
- Define and implement measures for early detection of process issues (e.g., FPY)
- Lead manufacturing technology and automation projects
- Coordinate, monitor, and plan resources for tasks and projects
- Prioritize projects and activities to align with organizational goals
- Develop budgets and investment plans for responsible area
- Plan tools, fixtures, and investments to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Establish economical and effective manufacturing processes
- Serve as the primary contact for interface topics with other departments
What you will bring:
- Education – Completed technical degree, e.g., in production engineering, electrical engineering, or similar, or technical training and qualifications
- Experience – At least 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, including leading automation projects
- Knowledge & skills – Technical knowledge in mechanics and electronics, skills in process design and testing of electrical components, proficiency in current PCBA manufacturing technologies. problem-solving methodologies for deviations/issues, IT expertise (infrastructure, security concepts, and interfaces), Lean methods: 5S, 5Y, VSA/VSM, A3
- Personality – Proactive, collaborative leader with strong problem-solving competence, innovative mindset, excellent communication skills inspiring teams and ensuring efficiency and quality
- Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German
