Belden’s Organizational Culture and Talent Analyst operates as expert in the best practices in people and culture and HR management. You’ll build employee engagement and growth, planning and controls all activities of different projects assigned with the objective of ensuring that the necessary systems are in place to monitor and improve plant key performance indicators. This position reports directly to Human Resources Leader, and will work from our Nogales, Sonora office.

You will make an impact in the following way:

 Supports talent and culture initiatives, assists in executing relevant strategies, advancing the initiatives within the organization.

 Identify and recommend innovative methods to attract diverse talent and simplify and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.

 Facilitates trainings, workshops, and presentations, as assigned.

 Audits position descriptions and job postings to ensure they are well written with inclusive language and consistent with organization practice and standards.

 Supports the DEI initiatives and develops metrics for this topic.

 Strong project management and operational skills with ability to multitask in a complex environment, meeting and communicating around deadlines and successfully managing the daily workload.

 Manages recognition programs/events.

 Manages Belden Values Training

 Manage internal and external communications.

What you will bring:

 Educación:

o A bachelor's degree

 Language:

o Understanding of the English language in written and spoken form.

 Experience:

o 2-4 years of Human Resources experience 

o Development talent employee onboarding, recruiting, conflict management, and employee relations 

 Knowledge\skills:

o Proficient in Excel.

o Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

o Proficiency in Human Resources Systems (Tress, SAP, Success Factor), and Microsoft Office Suite.
