Job Summary:
HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Needs to be familiar with labor law.
Responsibilities:
. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
##Ensure compliance with local regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary
#Create and distribute internal communications regardingstatus changes, benefits, or company policies.
Responsible for HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience
Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Bachelor#s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
Knowledge of SAP/TRESS
