Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and process improvement activities.  Skilled in monitoring process parameters, collecting and analyzing production data, and assisting in troubleshooting process issues. Familiar with standard operations procedure, quality requirements, and basic continues improvements tools. 
Strong background in troubleshooting, reduce scrap and downtime.
Root cause analysis and risk mitigation. LDM methodology.
