You will make an impact in the following way:

 

  • You are responsaible for all facility related aspects of the Belden site in Olen, Belgium. You make sure that all facilities are properly maintained and that all services are available to provide a high standard of working environment satisfaction for the employees and visitors.
  • For this you work closely together with the team of the landlord and 3rd party service providers.
  • You make sure that changes to the facility are implemented in a coordinated way to minimize the impact on the working environment.
  • The fleet management of the Belden Olen company cars is also one of the key services for you to manage and maintain.
  • The Belden Olen site has an important position in the staging and testing  (eg. Factory Acceptance Testing, Proof of Concept Testing) of Belden solutions for Belden EMEA. You make sure that all infrastructure, materials and services are on time available to enable the staging and testing of such solutions.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Master degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in role as facility manager or project manager
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Broad technical interest
  • Proactivity
  • Problem solver
  • Fluent communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality
