Job Summary
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving the success and growth of the product line. You’ll take ownership of managing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of products, ensuring they remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Your role goes beyond day-to-day management—you’ll actively support the sales process by delivering strategic product and application support. Collaborating with teams across R&D, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, you’ll help bridge technical innovation with customer value. You’ll also engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and gather insights that influence future product direction.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is passionate about building products that matter.
What you will do
- Independent analysis and reporting of revenue, volume, margin, market share
- Provide competitive analysis and cross-referencing support
- Lead Product Information Management (PIM) implementation and provide ongoing data management
- Create & maintain sales support tools such as configurators and selection guides
- Develop and deliver internal and external product training
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to support product launches and product related marketing activity
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $64,900 - $97,300, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
