Channel Development Manager

(m/f/d)

Place: DACH remote

Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-to-Senior

You will make an impact in the following way: 

• Develop and implement a regional channel partner strategy to increase market share and drive sales growth
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while assessing their fit with company goals
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Deliver comprehensive Partner and Training Programs to enable partners to successfully market and sell products
• Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions to keep partners updated on products and trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing to align channel activities with company objectives and co-marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on channel development performance, including metrics, progress, and recommendations

What you will bring: 

• Education – Degree in Business or comparable training
• Experience – 5+ years of experience in channel management, channel sales, or business development
• Sales skills – Proven success in managing and growing channel partner relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Personality – You thrive in fast-paced and pressured work settings, and demonstrates a proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach, data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel – Predominantly domestically as required to perform the duties of the role
• Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German
