CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER DACH (m/f/d)

The Regional Channel Development Manager will be drive profitable growth by developing the partner landscape in the assigned territory that supports the business goals and strategies of the Business Platforms by identifying, qualifying and on-boarding new partners to address coverage gaps in terms of geography, application/vertical or competency.

 

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Develop and implement a regional channel partner strategy to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while assessing their fit with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Deliver comprehensive Partner and Training Programs to enable partners to successfully market and sell products.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions to keep partners updated on products and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing to align channel activities with company objectives and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on channel development performance, including metrics, progress, and recommendations.

 

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in managing and growing channel partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
