Customer Services Representative (EN/FR/SP)

Type: Full-time

Level: Medior

 

You will make an impact in the following way:  

 

• Respond in a timely manner to all customer requests and enquiries for standard information, such as pricing, product availability, lead time, and sample requests, through phone and email.

• Manage and process orders accurately, providing order acknowledgments and handling post-order management tasks such as changing quantities, colors, etc.

• Handle customer complaints, ensuring regular updates are provided to customers and issues are resolved promptly.

• Control credit blocks proactively, resolving or escalating issues to Sales or Finance as necessary.

• Manage logistical issues, including tracking numbers, delivery issues, and lost or damaged shipments.

 

What you will bring:  

 

Language Skills – Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus, with strong communication skills for internal and external customer interactions.

Customer Service Expertise – Experience in customer service processes, sales strategy, and product knowledge.

Technical Proficiency – Proficiency in CS, SAP, SFDC systems for data administration and order management.

Time Management – Ability to manage time effectively to meet department KPIs, such as order entry and complaint resolution.

Relationship Building – Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external Sales teams, Customer Innovation Centre, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
