Job Summary:

Belden's Digital Marketing Specialist, Corporate assists in executing the strategy for how Belden engages with customers and stakeholders digitally. This includes supporting how and where to reach the intended audiences through data analysis, digital campaigns and tools, and social media. This role will support and collaborate with both regional and global teams, managing commercial campaigns across products, solutions, services and more. This role reports to the Manager, Corporate Digital Marketing.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support and execute the digital marketing strategy to support global and regional initiatives across products, solutions and services.
  • Ensure cohesive design and user experience across entire web and digital presence.
  • Assist in the development of digital campaigns to build the Belden brand, generate demand across target markets and customer sets and support bottom line revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with corporate and regional marketing teams, sales andother stakeholders to understand business strategy and incorporate into digital initiatives, as well as drive adoption of digital tactics into overall marketing plans.
  • Understand and embody Belden's brand platform and corporate identity within digital channels.
  • Remain up to date with the latest technology and tools. Research and benchmark competition to inform suggested improvements.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a similar field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in the marketing field with a focus on digital.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to execute digital strategy across global and regional geographies.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Knowledge of an array of digital marketing systems and technologies (CMS, CRM, MAP,DAM, social, ABM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Comfort communicating and interacting across organizational functions and levels.
