Job Summary:

 

Belden's Director, Corporate Brand will drive the strategic direction of our global corporate identity and brand evolution. Belden is on a transformational journey and this role is pivotal to the redefinition of Belden#s brandstrategy, positioning and architecture as well as implementing and maintaining these facets across the company. This role will oversee three key workstreams: brand activation, brand transition and brand architecture strategy. This role is part of the global Corporate Marketing team and reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing.

 

You will make an impact in the following ways:

 

  • Lead brand transformation throughout the company from customer experience to employee engagement
  • Plan and implement global marketing campaigns among customers and prospects to enhance awareness and understanding of Belden's value proposition
  • Oversee Belden's brand architecture strategy through planning and implementation across all sub-brands and functional teams
  • Coordinate and collaborate on efforts to unify brand-related resources across all functions (i.e. marketing, HR, facilities, etc.)
  • Maintain and evolve corporate identity and employer brand standards for visual and verbal identity
  • Establish processes to seamlessly incorporate new acquisitions within Belden's brand hierarchy and structure
  • Establish and maintain processes for trademark and patent applications, compliance and communication
  • Lead strategy for global customer insights program including development, execution and results dissemination
  • Monitor brand adoption across organization and measure brand health in market
  • Collaborate with functional teams across organization to reinforce brand identity; act as point of contact for all brand-related questions
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to support brand strategy and initiatives

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in the marketing field with a focus on communications and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and principles, especially in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to interpret market insights, analytics and brand performance metrics.
  • Experience leading transformation and managing change.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $131,000 - $180,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
