HR Generalist

Type: Full-Time - Onsite or Remote
Level: Mid-Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:

Serve as the dedicated HR point of contact for our Sales teams across the EMEA region

Provide HR partnership and operational support throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding

Coordinate and ensure timely input for monthly payroll in collaboration with the payroll team, including time and attendance reporting

Support recruitment efforts for Sales roles across EMEA, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers

Drive execution of key HR processes such as performance management, talent calibration, and annual compensation cycles within the Sales function

Facilitate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives tailored to a commercial environment

Collaborate with global HR and business stakeholders to implement initiatives such as Be Well, DEI programs, and employee development

Provide guidance on labor law, HR policies, and compliance matters within different EMEA countries (in collaboration with local experts where needed)
What you should bring:
- Education – Degree in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources or comparable training
- Experience – Several years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international matrix environment
- Knowledge and skills – Exposure to HR regulations in other EMEA countries is a plus
- Personality – Team player with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work who thrives on change management and possesses the ability to foster a positive work environment
- Language proficiency – Fluent in English additional European languages are a plus
