Key Account Manager

(m/f/d)

Place: Southern Europe remote

Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Senior

 

You will make an impact in the following way: 

 

  • Business development in Southern Europe within the broadband industry
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic development across the entire broadband portfolio
  • Maintain and grow revenue with assigned customers by providing sales and service solutions to new and existing major customers
  • Develop effective long-term relationships at different levels within the assigned major customers
  • Develop and manage a strong sales funnel and provide timely forecasting for the major customers
  • Understand the economic and operational impact of potential solutions for the customer

 

 

What you will bring: 

 

  • Education – MBA or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or a STEM field (science, technology, engineering or mathematics)
  • Experience – Track record of 5+ years in a Senior Sales role with excellent knowledge of key connectivity technologies including fiber optic, wire and cable, proven success operating in a matrix environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Solution Line Management and Finance
  • Knowledge & skills – Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals including funnel management, account planning, proposition development and negotiation, experience with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology is a plus
  • Personality – Solution-focused mindset with a strong understanding of solution selling, capable of engaging customers and internal teams to develop compelling solutions while understanding the economic and operational impact for the customer
  • Willingness to travel – At least 75 % internationally
  • Language proficiency – Fluency in English + other European languages relevant to the region
