Job Summary:

 

Belden's Marketing Enablement Leader is responsible for the method of integrating acquisitions into the regional marketing activities and creating processes to improve collaboration and form a unified marketing message within the regions and across the business. Marketing enablement provides the necessary data, processes, best practices, and governance that enables the teams to make strategic business decisions. This role reports to the Americas Marketing Director.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of customer acquisition and growth within the region
  • Develop and implement standard processes for marketing acquisition integration within the region through global alignment and close collaboration with the M&A team
  • Formalize, implement and maintain streamlined processes across the marketing function
  • Champion continuous improvement by providing the proper tools and resources to the team such as project management templates, SOPs, SharePoint pages, and file storage guidance
  • Define regional marketing KPIs, the tracking process, and how KPIs will be shared with other teams to provide transparency and clarity on the team's objectives
  • Formalize and oversee the regional budgeting process including budget tracking, accruals, and forecasting in close collaboration with the finance team
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey for the region by assisting with contact data updates, survey promotion, enforcement of the post-survey triage process, and survey response report outs.


Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field, preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the marketing field
  • Desired Abilities and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of marketing and design tools/programs, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Office

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $110,000 - $125,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
