Job Summary:

Belden's Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing regional targeted marketing campaigns that build awareness, influence decisions, and drive qualified leads to our inside sales team. This role reports to the regional Senior Growth Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement long-term campaign strategies to influence the decisions of new and existing customers, and manage the end-to-end process of planning, launching, and monitoring regional marketing campaigns.
  • Vertical Market Expertise: Understand Belden's role across priority vertical markets and use-cases in the Americas.
  • Content Strategy: Identify what pieces of content need to be created to support the campaign journey and adheres to industry best practices.
  • Campaign Testing and Analysis: Develop and maintain formalized procedures for campaign testing, reporting and ROI.
  • Customer Behavior: Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior in the region, analyze each stage of our sales funnel and collaborate closely with our sales teams to respond to buyer intent effectively.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and tools/programs, such as Salesforce, Pardot and Microsoft Office.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
