As part of Belden's Technical Education Team, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to media production and technical learning. This role ensures that training content, digital assets, and media projects are efficiently managed, meeting quality standards, timelines, and business objectives. While a creative background is a plus, the focus is on structured project management, coordination, and execution.

You will make an impact in the following way: 

• Manage end-to-end project workflows for media production and technical training content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with instructional designers, media production teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to streamline project execution.
• Implement best practices and project management methodologies to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
• Ensure that all creative assets and learning materials meet Belden brand guidelines, quality standards, and project requirements before final delivery.
• Oversee complex projects in a structured and efficient way, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely execution.

What you will bring: 

• 5+ years of project management or marketing experience – Proven experience managing complex Go-To-Market initiatives or creative/media projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field – Solid academic background supporting your project management expertise.
• Project management certification preferred – Professional certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholder expectations in an international matrix environment.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills – Fluent in English, familiar with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello), able to manage documentation and deadlines.

• A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• High attention to detail, a flexible, pragmatic, and proactive approach.
• Computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems such as SFDC.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (+20%).
• A true team player attitude and demonstration of Belden values.
