PROJECT MANAGER

Place: Algeria, France or Belgium
Type: Full-time, remote
Level: Medior
You will make an impact in the following way:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with Solution Sales and Solution Consultants to gather inputs, manage deliverables, and meet milestones.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, including team members, customers, operations, third-party suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges during project execution.
• Oversee project costs, margins, and cash flow to ensure financial viability.
What you will bring:
• 5+ years of experience in managing complex turnkey or milestone-based customer projects in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on OT/IT networking in vertical markets such as power utilities, mass transit, or discrete manufacturing.
• Certified Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Experience in a medium to large international matrix organization.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations within project scope.
• Expertise in turnkey projects involving multiple vendor solutions for industrial applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus.
• A true team player, respectful of team roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to Algeria and occasionally within Europe and Africa (approximately 20-40% travel frequency).
