Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Expert to join our dynamic team. The SAP CPI Expert will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems in the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools, integration strategies, and experience in leading complex integration projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of the organization. This role is not budgeted for Visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work within the US without future Visa support.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Integration with SAP CPI:
-
Design, configure, and implement SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) solutions to integrate various cloud and on-premise systems.

Develop and configure integration flows (iFlows) to integrate SAP with external systems like third-party applications, legacy systems, and non-SAP solutions.

Work with EDI protocols and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, X12) to implement EDI integrations within the SAP CPI environment.

Manage Integration Projects:

Lead integration initiatives from concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

Define integration architecture, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Troubleshooting and Support:
-
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CPI solutions, addressing performance issues and errors.
-
Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of integration failures, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Monitor and ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the SAP CPI platform.

Continuous Improvement:
-
Identify and recommend improvements to the integration architecture and processes.

Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Cloud Integration tools and technologies, integrating new functionalities as needed.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards for documentation and change management processes.

Key Requirements:
-
Education & Certification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
-
SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) certification preferred. Other certifications in SAP PI/PO, SAP S/4HANA, etc. is a plus.

Experience & Technical Skills:
-
Minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)/ SAP Integration Suite, including iFlow design, integration scenarios, mapping, and monitoring.

Experience with Integration Advisor for EDI mapping and B2BTrading Partner management. Familiarity with onboarding for new customers & vendors for EDI transactions.

Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP, HTTP, and OData.

Knowledge and previous experience with SAP API Management, XML, XSLT, Java, and Groovy scripting.

Ability to manage security artifacts, ensure the encryption and decryption of sensitive data, and handle SSH keys for secure communication between systems.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is highly preferred.

Previous experience with integration of SAP Ariba, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors would be preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English is required.
