SENIOR MANAGER PRICING EMEA

The Senior Manager Pricing EMEA executes on Belden's pricing strategy, manages the regional pricing team and oversees Belden's pricing tools. This role identifies critical pricing opportunities to improve Gross Profit and strategies for success while mitigating associated risks.

You will make an impact in the following way:

 

• Direct and manage the EMEA pricing function to ensure adherence to pricing processes and drive optimal pricing strategies.
• Contribute to and execute Belden's pricing strategy to identify opportunities that improve Gross Profit and mitigate associated risks.
• Manage the implementation and adoption of regional pricing tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide expert consultation on market trends, competitive pricing, and best practices for deal structuring.
• Support regional sales and commercial operations in quoting and pricing for solutions and MRO daily pricing.
• Price bundled contracts for products and services to maximize value for end-users.
• Assist sales teams in presenting solution offerings to end-customers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and processes across the organization.
• Report to senior management on the effectiveness and impact of pricing programs.
