Solution Account Manager
(m/f/d)

Place: Germany remote
Type: Full-Time
Level: Mid-Senior
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Maintain and grow revenue within all of Germany for broadband customers by providing sales and service to both new and existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth in strategic categories including optical and wireless solutions
- Maintain effective long-term customer relationships through timely, professional, courteous and accurate response
- Provide or manage the execution of technical training and support to customers
- Represent the business at trade activities such as trade shows and conferences
- Develop and manage a robust sales funnel and provide timely forecasting for the region
- Provide Senior Sales Leadership with timely information related to product quality issues, training, customer concerns, competitive information, budgetary variances, new prospects and territory progress against goals
What you will bring:
- Education – MBA or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or a STEM field (science, technology, engineering or mathematics)
- Experience – Track record of 5+ years in a professional sales role, knowledge of key connectivity technologies including fiber optic, wire and cable, experience operating successfully in a matrix environment and working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Finance
- Knowledge & skills – Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals including funnel management, account planning, proposition development and negotiation, working experience with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology advantageous
- Personality – Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical abilities for metric-driven environments, thrives in fast-paced and pressured work settings, demonstrates a proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach
- Willingness to travel – At least 75 % nationally
- Language proficiency – English and German fluently
