You will make an impact in the following way:
You maintain and grow revenue within the designated territory of East Germany for broadband customers by providing sales and service to both new and existing accounts Drive revenue growth in strategic categories including optical and wireless solutions. You maintain effective long-term customer relationships through timely, professional, courteous, and accurate response.
You provide or manage the execution of technical training and support to customers.
You represent the business at trade activities such as trade shows, conferences etc.
You develop and manage a robust sales funnel and provide timely forecasting for the region.
You provide the Senior Sales Leadership with timely information related to product quality issues, training, customer concerns and competitive information, budgetary variances, new prospects, and territory progress against goals.
What you will bring:
MBA or Bachelor's in an Economics, Business or STEM (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) degree
Track record of 5+ years in a professional Sales role, knowledge of key connectivity technologies with fiber optic, wire and cable, of successfully operating in a matrix environment as well as working with cross functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Finance
Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of sales fundamentals including funnel management, account planning, proposition development, and negotiation, working experience of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology advantageous
You possess exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical abilities for metric-driven environments, you thrive in fast-pacedand pressured work settings, and demonstrates a proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach Willingness to travel
