Are you energized by solving high-impact, complex business challenges? Do you thrive in ambiguous environments, breaking down problems and driving sustainable change? Are you motivated by high visibility, leadership engagement, and the opportunity to design new ways of working? As the Strategic Project Manager – Solutions Growth, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that are too complex or critical to be solved through business-as-usual processes. Your role isn’t just about managing projects—it’s about owning problem-solving efforts, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution that drives real impact. This is not a coordination role—it’s for someone with an ownership mindset, excited to solve tough problems, drive alignment, and implement solutions that last.

What you will do:

Strategic Problem-Solving & Execution

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects, tackling challenges no one has solved before.
  • Identify root causes, align key stakeholders, and design scalable, sustainable solutions that remove bottlenecks and drive growth.
  • Develop new processes and ways of working, ensuring they are actionable, measurable, and operationally executable.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, GPS, and Marketing, ensuring initiatives don’t just get discussed—but get solved.
  • Drive structured governance and execution to turn strategic conversations into tangible impact.
  • Work across regions and business functions, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and drive commercial success.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Implement long-term, systemic improvements—not just one-off fixes.
  • Establish success metrics, track impact, and refine solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure processes are not just strategic, but executable in real-world environments.

  • Loves solving hard problems – You’re motivated by challenges that require critical thinking, creativity, and persistence.
  • Takes ownership – You drive initiatives with accountability and ensure real impact.
  • Can drive alignment – You bring cross-functional stakeholders together, influence decision-making, and move initiatives forward.
  • Understands both strategy and execution – You know that success requires both strong business insights and a deep understanding of operational execution.
  • Navigates leadership engagement – You can synthesize complex ideas, communicate with clarity, and drive executive buy-in.

What  you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven success leading high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that require more than standard business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills—capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking, automation, or manufacturing and supply chain is a plus but not required.

  • Make an Impact – Drive some of the most critical initiatives in the company.
  • High Visibility – Your work will be seen and valued at the highest levels of leadership.
  • Solve Big Problems – Work on challenges no one else has cracked yet.
  • Be Part of Growth – Help scale and transform a growing function at Belden.
