Job Summary:
The Salesforce Product Manager will have primary responsibility for the definition of Belden Sales and Service use cases using Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service), and overall functional requirements for our business stakeholders.The role will also own the project management and coordination of Salesforce CRM Sales and Service projects, and proof-of-concepts on Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Product Manager will interact regularly with global cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and IT.
This position is a remote opportunity and will report to the Sr. Director, Salesforce Program.
- Execution of Sales and Service strategy and product roadmap
- Management of projects and proof-of-concepts on CRM Sales and Service based on agreed strategy and roadmap, including project budget, resources allocation, tasks and timelines
- Stakeholder management and alignment on requirements, roadmap, projects and proof-of-concepts
- Primary point of contact to identify and document marketing automation requirements (use cases, process flows, business and technical requirements, and business pain points)
- Capture, maintain and prioritize business requirements backlog
- Communicate with business stakeholders and represent their voice during project implementation
- Conduct or facilitate marketing automation demos (art of the possible)
- Maximize the business value of Belden CRM platform
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree is any applicable discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce CRM platform
- Minimum 3 years of CRM Sales and Service experience working in an enterprise-level system
- Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Project Management tools
- CStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions
- Proven relationship building skills with the ability to create followership and drive results, while applying sound judgement
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $97,500.00 - 146,300.00 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
