Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Global Products and Solutions team in the Americas region. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly forecasting and analysis of operating and capital expense performance; development of standard work process documentation for global finance processes; and other financial processes as required by the GPS organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budget processes.
- Create and maintain forecast model for Operating and Capital Expenses and motivate actions with GPS leadership to ensure forecasts meet agreed upon targets.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting for GPS leaders in the organization that clearly communicates forecast/budget to align with investment strategies
- Collaborate with Finance and other functional teams to enable alignment and accountability across the organization
- Additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting the GPS team as requested.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis Experience.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong Business Acumen; understand and explains reasoning for decisions/ business recommendations.
- Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience with SAP, Hyperion, BI or Tableau preferred.
- Self-starter of analysis upon business needs
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $71,800 - $108,500 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
