Ihre Aufgaben:

• Konzeption, Aufwands- und Kostenabschätzung, Erstellung inklusive technischer Illustrationen sowie Übersetzungs- und Änderungsmanagement von Benutzerinformationen
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Informationseinheiten medienneutral und entwicklungsnah auf XML-Basis als Docs-as-Code in einem verteilten Versionsverwaltungssystem
• Recherche und Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte für unsere Software-Produkte
• Erarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Redaktionsprozessen im agilen Umfeld, Prozessen zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen sowie Prozessen zur Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Benutzerinformationen
• Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
• Übersetzungsmanagement, Erstellung von Übersetzungen und Pflege von Translation Memories mit Englisch als Quellsprache

Ihr Profil:

• Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektronik, Mechatronik, IT-Systemelektronik) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Übersetzungswissenschaften, Kommunikations- und Medienmanagement, Informationstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
• Erste Fachkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Lokale Netze (Ethernet, Switching, Routing, Security)
• Kenntnisse in XML, HTML und CSS
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen
• Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, erste Erfahrungen mit Simplified Technical English von Vorteil
• Verständnis für Content-Management-Systeme (z. B. DITA, GIT) und Translation Management
