Job Summary:

 

As the VP, Change Management you will be responsible for leading the organization's change management approach and initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth transition during organizational change, such as global process improvements, system implementations, and structural reorganizations. This remotely based role will report to the VP, Transformation.

 

You will make an impact in the following ways:

 

  • Create and execute change management strategies and plans that support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, training, communications, change leadership, and change effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of change management professionals and provide guidance across all change initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or resistance that arise during the change process.


Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in change management, organizational development, or a related field, including experience leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong results-orientation

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $146,600.00 - $220,000.00 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
