Job Summary:
This role is responsible for primary Service Desk Support for the Richmond, Indiana Plant.
Responsibilities:
Completing tickets related to PC software and hardware break fix on location.
Handling day to day service desk requests and resolving issues related to hardware and software on devices throughout the facility.
Troubleshooting issues with network and SATO label printers including but not limited to clearing print job errors, clean printhead and guide rollers, install ribbons, toner replacements, and ordering new devices as needed.
Move IT equipment throughout plant as needed by the business as well as replace depreciated technology such as mice, keyboards, and monitors.
Assist plant associates with password resets.
Configure devices for the manufacturing floor.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience
3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
Familiarity with PC Hardware, Active Directory, and IT Operation Management preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
