JOB SUMMARY:

Solution Support Engineer is a local technology expert providing Pre and Post Sales technical support to regional customers and partners both offsite and onsite. With in-depth technology knowledge about Belden solutions, Solution Support Engineer is able to implement the solutions based on given concepts, solve complex technical challenges with install base and supporting works. Training and sharing technology insights both internally and externally is part of their daily tasks.

 

 You will make an impact in the following way:

• Technical contact for regional Sales and Channel partners for day to day to support

• Provide on-field support in projects and other initiatives as per strategy defined by regional Sales.

• Serve as the Layer-2 technical point of contact for accounts and partners within their territory; manage the technical relationships with technical customer associates and partners

• Use your in-depth product and telecommunication industry knowledge to provide Proof of Concept (PoC) and help commercial team to validate high-risk solution

• Execute technology workshops and trainings as per customer/project requirements 

 

What you will bring: 

Education - Engineering Graduate with focus on IT, Networking or Tele-communication.

Markets - 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical experience in supporting Metro or TPT related industrial technologies
