JOB SUMMARY
The HR Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for leading the design and implementation of employee experience strategies and cultural initiatives, with a focus on enhancing staff engagement, well-being, and organizational cohesion. This role will also lead strategic HR projects and initiatives. Based at our Suzhou plant, the position reports directly to the HR Director.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Plan, organize, and execute a variety of employee activities and events, such as annual celebrations, team-building exercises, well-being programs (Be-well), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects to boost employee experience and company image.
•    Responsible for delivering and conducting core HR processes, including performance management, engagement improvement, employee relation, etc. 
•    Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal cycles, providing training and support to managers as needed.  
•    Manage employee reward and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and local regulations.  
•    Provides consultation on employee relations issues, utilizing knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs. 
•    Handles public affairs, liaises closely with Labor unions and local government departments.
•    Establish, maintain, and update all HR documentation, policies, and processes for Suzhou plant.  
•    Lead or support internal and external HR audits to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
•    Implement guidance from APAC HR team to support regional programs delivery.
•    Other tasks assigned by superiors.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•    Bachelor’s degree or above. Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology and other related majors are preferred.
•    10+ years’ solid experience in human resources management with 5+ years’ experience in HRBP. Experience of working within a manufacturing industry is required.
•    Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, methods, practices, and techniques.  A general background of employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and compliance is required.
•    Proficiency in spoken and written English.
•    Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity is a must.
•    Familiar with human resources related laws and regulations.
•    Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, able to work independently.
•    Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
•    Can do attitude and result orientated, able to work under pressure, with high sense of accuracy and deadlines.
