JOB SUMMARY

An industrial engineering is responsible for technical deliverables associated with INET product and process capability set up, new product introduction, process standardization, problem solving and continuous improvement, as well technical support for product development and after-sales repairing and service activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Work with relevant team and drive the project plan and activities execution for new product development, introduction and transferring projects from industrial engineering perspective. 
•    Technical deliverables associated with production and customer repairs, support production issues by maintenance, troubleshooting, process improvement.
•    Responsible for establishing the production test plan for the new switch products together with R&D and relevant technical resource, formulating the production function test plan, working out the test framework, and building the test platform and solutions. 
•    Working on diagnose &repair of manufacturing defective and customer returns (RMA), input defect data to database, responsible and coordinate the process from technical perspective. 
•    Repair, test and validate Switch products according to product specifications and development standards.
•    Manage all production equipment, tools and spares, organize regular maintenance activities to ensure production stability.
•    Drive process control and improvements to ensure the production line in good condition and meet the quality and delivery targets.
•    Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering，Communication engineering or other related fields.
•    Familiar with new product development, product introduction, product testing and process development and controls for network product.
•    Preferred experience in Switch/Router/WLAN product's Software and Hardware testing, skilled at testing plan execution, implementation and development.
•    Preferred experience in manufacturing or repairing of PCBAs for Switch/Router/WLAN related products.
•    Familiar with testing language, Python, LabVIEW language is preferred
•    Preferred experience in setting up product Bill of Materials and production process implementation. 
•    SAP experience and skills are required specially on Engineering modulars.
•    Good oral and written English.
