JOB SUMMARY 

Training Specialist plans and conducts employee training tracking and training projects, manages training modules, work-related injury incidents, supports employee activities, and executes other HR-related tasks. This position reports to Learning & Development Manager and will work from our Suzhou plant. 

Responsibilities:
- Annual Training plan draft, execution follow-up, and track record management.
- Training project management, e.g. Skills qualification certification program for operators, Master Class, etc.
- Partner with EHS team to manage work injury from HR point of view.
- Other assigned projects and tasks, etc.

Knowledge & Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Human Resources Management and other related majors are preferred.
• Have around 3 years training management experience in manufacturing background.
• Sound project management experience in training field will be a good plus.
• English proficiency can meet work requirement.
