Responsible to maintain On Time Delivery within Target and Past Due below target, Coordinate with Planners and Buyers to determine supply plan for raw materials, maintain supply chain tools updated, maintain Manufacturing Lead Times updates for the site for OTD to CLT. Inventory reduction initiatives

1) Maintain #On Time Delivery# metric to the First Commitment of Shop Order with each business unit.

2) Coordinate with the planners to update the Lead Times in BPCS of each product in TJ, for OTD to CLT.

3) Keep updated the new planning platforms and tools.

4) Keep the purchase signals of each business unit updated, provide directions to buyers of consumer trends to improve the availability of market lead time materials.

5) Provide initiatives for inventory reduction, conversion, transformation. A. (Fiber Conversions, TMI for alternative use, scrap reduction, etc.)

6) Implement initiatives to reduce excess and obsolescence inventory
