Supervises and coordinates the activities of production personnel. Ensure the timely production of quality products that meet customer expectations. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, all SOP's and work instructions. Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area to meet production goals. Foster a team atmosphere. Responsible for day-to-day management of department including daily schedule and end of shift report.

1. Daily kick off meeting
2. Directs daily follow-up of Lean Daily Management (SQDCI),
3. Tracking Customer Complaints, Deliveries, Productivity and Inventory.
4. Daily production report
5. Execute the production program and estimate the man-hour requirements to complete the production plan
6. Analyze and solve work problems related to production floor
7. Evaluate and develop the production staff
8. Follow up to training program
9. Maintains production records and efficiency standards
10. Participates in customer complaints root cause analysis
11. Daily revision to SW f production leader
12. Responsible for accuracy of hour by hour rate in the production cells
13. Control and manage of the inventory in production floor (WIP)
14. Responsible of scrap root cause analysis
15. Follow up on the disposition of Non-Confirming product
16. Monitoring and compliance to SOP's
17. Follow up to Qualitycontrol plan
18. Control of equipment and tooling over production cells
19. Gemba walks

1. 3 years# experience in similar position
2. Solving problems skills
3. Results oriented
4. Computer skills on MS Office (Data collection)
5. MRP knowledge
6. ISO-9001-14000
