Ecosystem Partner Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Ecosystem Partner Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Ecosystem Partner Program.
This role will identify, onboard, and manage strategic technology partners that will complement Belden's strategy and portfolio to offer customers value-added solutions within our selected markets.
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Ecosystem Partners and can work from any of our Belden offices or remotely.

 

You will make an impact in the following way:  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and execute the technology partner model
  • Manage the new partner funnel and the process to qualify and on-board new partners for key stakeholders in both the Global Products Organization and the Enhanced Solution Delivery Team globally.
  • Manage the event coordination for both Belden programs and those of our partners, and coordinate with Belden marketing.
  • Leverage Belden's marketing teams to develop Use Cases aligning Belden and Partner; drive Marketing and communication of these to Belden and Partner clients
  • Develop and manage social networking communications with our partners
  • Develop a program with the Customer Innovation Centers for Ecosystem Partners to participate as appropriate.
  • Work with both partners and Belden marketing to develop a success story program
  • Support the annual review process for active partners-develop scorecard and criteria with the approval of key stakeholders.
  • Develop key tools for Enhanced Solution Delivery to use in order to select the appropriate partner.
  • Work with Sales Force and Channel team to develop the Sales Force Integration and portal aspects needed for Ecosystem partner management.
  • Work with Belden organizations on priorities of buy, build, partner.

 

What you will bring:  

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience in Technology or Client Sales; experience in technology partnerships preferred, especially with cloud-based solutions and as a service model.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate partner businesses and influence key decision-makers across all levels of technical and business functions including C-level executives
  • Ability to understand the market and the competition in an evolving industry to build a competitive channel strategy for success
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and operationally about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results in a matrix environment
