Facility Coordinator Offices

Place: Venlo

Type: Part-time starting from 24 hours a week

Level: Medior

You will make an impact in the following way:  

• You have a shared responsibility to ensure the employee experience is optimized.

• You establish policies and procedures to ensure optimal working conditions and a safe working environment.

• You are responsible for budget management and optimizing cost efficiency.

• You are also involved in sustainability initiatives and implementing green practices within the organization.

• You develop and implement improvement initiatives on various aspects.

What you will bring:  

Language Skills – Fluency in English is a must, with strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Facility Management Expertise – Experience facility management, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Budget management– You are able to think analytically with regards to cost optimization and budgeting.

Focus on sustainability– Your knowledge of sustainability practices and ability to implement sustainability initiatives within the organization is extensive.

Flexibility– Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
