HR Stagiair(e)

Als HR-stagiair(e) maak je écht onderdeel uit van het HR-team en krijg je de kans om met alle facetten van het vakgebied in aanraking te komen. Je ondersteunt ons bij uiteenlopende HR-activiteiten en projecten, en krijgt volop ruimte om te leren, te groeien én impact te maken.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw stage is het zelfstandig beheren van een eigen project: het updaten van ons personeelshandboek. Dit betekent dat je je verdiept in onze regelingen, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-processen. Je verzamelt input uit de organisatie, stemt af met collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat de inhoud klopt, helder is én aansluit bij de praktijk. Zo krijg je niet alleen inzicht in HR-theorie, maar ook in hoe je dit vertaalt naar duidelijke communicatie voor medewerkers.

Je werkt samen met de HR Business Partner, HR Officer en andere collega’s binnen het distributiecentrum en het Shared Service Center. Naast je project draai je ook mee in het dagelijkse HR-werk — van instroom tot verzuim — en denk je mee in lopende initiatieven.

You will make an impact in the following way:

• • Je beheert zelfstandig het project rondom het actualiseren van het personeelshandboek.
• • Je zoekt actief informatie op en schakelt met collega’s om regelingen helder te krijgen.
• • Je ondersteunt bij instroom, doorstroom en uitstroomprocessen, inclusief onboarding.
• • Je helpt bij het verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen.
• • Je denkt mee over HR-thema’s zoals vitaliteit, retentie en employee experience.
• • Je levert input aan lopende HR-projecten en pakt ondersteunende taken op.

What you will bring:

• • Je volgt een HBO- of WO-opleiding in HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of vergelijkbaar.
• • Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en houdt van zelfstandig werken aan een concreet resultaat.
• • Je communiceert helder en weet makkelijk de juiste informatie te verzamelen.
• • Je schakelt graag met collega’s in een collegiaal en professioneel team.
• • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, Engels is een pré.
