Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in finance? We're looking for an enthusiastic Financial Analyst to support our expanding business operations. In this role, you’ll bring strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive attitude to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with and report to the Finance Manager at our Washington, PA office, gaining hands-on experience and valuable mentorship. If you're ready to learn, contribute, and grow with a company that values your development, we’d love to hear from you!
What you will do
- Accurately recording and classify financial transactions in compliance with company policies and SOX
- Maintain the general ledger and other accounting records
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and provide documentation for internal control team
- Processing and Reconciling accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with corporate accounting to solve invoice discrepancies
- Review and submit purchase orders to corporate accounting
- Run monthly inventory cycle count and annual full physical count
- Run quarterly E&O (excess and Obsolete) calculation based on company policy
- Reconciling bank statement
- Request and receive P-Card information from employees
- Track CAPEX Spending Run and send updated average cost for items
- Provide annual tax package
- Update work centers annually Creating daily reports to support the sales, purchasing and operations teams
What you will bring
- High School Diploma required/ College Degree preferred
- Work with average cost, proficient with MS office programs and 2 years of accounting experience
- Partner with other departments to streamline current processes and procedures
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $61,700 - $92,500, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
